Our Prevention Program is designed to offer one-time assistance that prevents you from getting evicted and becoming homeless. We will work with you to ensure you are back on track for meeting next month’s rent on time and on your own.

Calls for rental assistance are averaging nearly 1,900/month in 2024. It has climbed higher the last several months.

Too many Maricopa County residents struggle to make ends meet. What averaged 1,500 monthly requests to 2-1-1 last year is now 2,300-2,400 each month.
